Wind5Quintet consists of soloists from the Łódź Philharmonic and the Grand Theatre in Łódź, as well as teachers from the Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź. The band has released over a dozen albums by prestigious record labels. The artists actively promote Polish music in Poland and abroad. In 2022, at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they celebrated Poland's takeover of the chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) with a concert in Vienna. As soloists and chamber musicians, they have premiered many pieces, and many compositions are dedicated to them, often inspired by them.
