Biographical notes:
Tomasz Zebura
studied organ and church music at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, as well as at the Musikhochschule in Lübeck and the Hochschule für Musik in Freiburg (Germany), and the Hochschule in Lucerne (Switzerland). His teachers included M. Czajka, J. Serafin, J. Wróblewski, A. Gast, and M. Schmeding. In 2013, he obtained a Doctor of Fine Arts degree from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. He is a laureate of national and international competitions. As a soloist and chamber musician, he performs in many European countries, also participating in premieres of works by contemporary composers. Since 2019, he has been the principal organist of St. Joseph's Church in Zurich.
Magdalena Witczak
graduated from the Henryk Wieniawski State Secondary Music School in Łódź in the violin class. She then studied solo singing at the St. Joseph's Academy of Music in Gdańsk. Moniuszko, graduating with distinction. She has won numerous vocal competitions. She debuted in 1999 as Rosina in G. Rossini's "The Barber of Seville" and was nominated for the A. Hiolski Award for best debut of the year. She performs opera, operetta, oratorio, and cantata music, as well as solo recitals and chamber concerts. In 2006, she earned a doctorate in musical arts in the artistic discipline of vocal studies, in 2012 a certified teacher's degree, and in 2015 a postdoctoral degree. Since 2017, she has been employed as a professor at the Academy of Art in Szczecin. In 2016, she received the honorary badge "Meritorious for Polish Culture" from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
Instrumental ensemble Ultra Musicam
Karol Lipiński-Brańka is a graduate of the Academy of Music in Wrocław, received his PhD from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, and holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Wrocław. He has honed his skills at numerous master classes in Poland and abroad. He performs as a soloist and chamber musician in Poland and abroad. He has made recordings, including premieres of contemporary compositions, film music, and works from the archives of the Jasna Góra Monastery in Częstochowa. He is a scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage and the President of Częstochowa. He is frequently invited to serve as a juror at violin competitions in Poland and abroad. He is professionally associated with the Karol Szymanowski Primary and Secondary Music Schools in Wrocław and the Academy of Music in Wrocław.
Anna Wróbel graduated with distinction from the Academy of Music in Warsaw in the cello class and studied musicology at the University of Warsaw. She performs as a soloist and chamber musician and has given concerts in numerous cities in Poland, Europe, and Venezuela. In 2007, she was accepted as a member of the Latin American Cello Academy in Venezuela. In 2016, she represented Poland at the European Soloists Festival in Caracas. She is also invited as a session musician and frequently performs in educational concerts for children and young people. She has recorded nine albums of Polish cello music (all of which were world premieres). Since 2014, she has been a lecturer at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music. She is the artistic director of the Legionowo County Chamber and Organ Music Festival.
Agnieszka Wesołowska began her studies at the Academy of Music in Wrocław, majoring in harpsichord. In 2003, she graduated from the Instrumental Department and completed the Two-Year Inter-Faculty Music Therapy Program. She continued her studies in historical performance at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. In 2006, she founded the Nova Silesia Baroque Orchestra, with which she has performed in Poland, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands. She is a permanent member of the Goldberg Baroque Ensemble, with which she has recorded a number of albums featuring works by Gdańsk Baroque composers. Since 2014, she has taught harpsichord at the State Primary and Secondary Music School in Gdynia. She is the president of the Musica Aeterna Association, founded at her initiative, which organizes, among other things, the Silesian Piast Dynasty Festival in Brzeg.
