Biographical notes:
Anna Przybysz began her studies at the UMFC in Warszawa in 2012 in the organ class of prof. M. Czajka and then prof. J. Serafin. She completed her master's degree at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Leipzig. She is currently a fourth-year doctoral student at the UMFC in Warszawa. She has given concerts at organ festivals in Poland and abroad (Italy, Germany, the Czech Republic, Lithuania). She is a laureate of the M. Sawa National Organ Competition in Warszawa (2011 – 3rd prize) and the F. Nowowiejski International Organ Competition in Poznań (2015 – 3rd prize). She has twice received scholarships from the Prime Minister and the German Artistic Exchange Service DAAD. She has recorded two albums with works by K. Hoyer.
Andrzej Otremba graduated with distinction from the guitar at the Academy of Music in Katowice. He is a graduate of postgraduate studies in cultural management and public relations at the Jagiellonian University (2012). He has given concerts in the most important cities in Poland and abroad (Slovakia, Germany, Hungary, France and Chile). He was a finalist, laureate and winner of competitions (Żory, Koszalin, Kielce, Tychy, Paris, Cologne). In 2003–2004 he took master classes with the Cuban guitarist J. Clerch. In addition to works for solo guitar and duet, his repertoire includes works for guitar with various chamber ensembles. He has several albums to his credit. Together with his wife, M. Otremba, he forms a flute and guitar duet, which won 3rd prize at the International Chamber Ensemble Competition "Ghitarallia" in Przemyśl (1996).
Małgorzata Otremba graduated with distinction from the K. Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, in the class of prof. M. Katarzyński. During her studies, she perfected her skills at master classes led by, among others, R. Langevin and J. Hall. She was a laureate of foreign scholarship awards (from Canada, Switzerland and Great Britain). She twice won first place at the Silesian Wind Instrument Competition in Dąbrowa Górnicza. While still a student, she began working as the first flutist-soloist of the Silesian State Philharmonic in Katowice, and began her cooperation with the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in 1999, repeatedly performing the first flute part. She collaborated with many conductors, including G. Ferrero, J. Maksymiuk, K. Penderecki, S. Skrowaczewski, A. Wit.
